One Starless Night

(a second poem posted on moon moods)

chariots of heavy cloud,

gun metal greys outnumber

madam moon as she illuminates

the witching hours

hurtling past at speed, a

stampede no less of fast moving

madness casting shadows on her

fine skin

diva is bemused by the race

taking place before her  eyes,

gives out a sigh, says it's time

this usurping stopped

within minutes the wind had

dropped, intermittent spaces

appeared, all activity quietly

disappeared

lunar beauty recovered, no

blemishes or swirling mass to

impair her shimmering face 

as she shines bright

queen of light is she, left alone

surrounded by her halo, on an

invisible throne, full ownership

of the heavens restored

This was very pretty. I brought my daughter outside the other night to let her see the moon through my binoculars. She was pretty thrilled at being able to see the mountains and craters in more definition. I enjoyed the read, F.

A wonderfully and beautifully written piece of Poetry that speaks the truth of Man's reality: Sol may rule as King by day, but Luna, as the Moon, rules as Queen by night, and it is during the night that men, as Man, find themselves cringing in fearful fright of that which they cannot see upon One Starless Night, and it is such a merciful Queen that gives to frightful men the gift of soft and loving sight, and her revealing (in storm clouds fleeing her gentle but sure wrath) always brings a smile to paint the glad faces of every Humanity's said nations and races in spontaneous admiration's reverence for such soft light upon those darkest of nights ... Masterfully and Majestically written, dear lady Poetess!

I have a theme for celebration of Christmas this year, just like that, to celebrate the most suffered year of life 2023 and welcome 2024 for which it is going to have abodes of love and happiness. The theme goes as setting up stars colored lights, wearing traditional clothing reminding grand parents time of celebration.

I know problems come and go, money comes and go, but we need to stand strong watching them as passing clouds, lose not our heart, do our best hardship, give away our help to needy and rest god takes care making us not to lose our sleep and smile on our face. That’s all I want to say. Nothing else in my mind and heart ❤️ . I know everyone drained so much of energy back and forth if it continues it keeps on discharging until we lose everything. So in this turmoil we shouldn’t forget our lives and time with future generations the little princess. She must have your smile and fun with her which she came to see in you❤️😍😊.
