Where Shadows DanceA Poem by Chris ShawIn appreciation of Robbie, my grandson
pay no heed to the miseries
in this woeful world if you wish your happiness to fly as high as a kite in windy weather for happiness comes in tiny parcels, little gifts that can make your heart skip for joy and your soul leap silently skywards thank you Robbie for making my day, for taking away the grey doldrums that unexpectedly barge their head around doors those endless cups of camomile tea flowers and all the fine scented candles that ignite to throw fragrant light in dark corners how well that kindness shows its face to me, equally how well polished is that gleam of gold that streams permanently through your dna © 2020 Chris ShawFeatured Review
