Midnight HoursA Poem by Chris Shawin the wicked witching hour every winking twinkling star came out of its hiding place . as roller blind shifted position to reveal a crystal clear expanse of silky dark sequinned sky glow . miles of tiny shiny spangles a silent seranding song from the heavenly bodies above . not a wisp of cloud in sight away from the city lights where pollutions's veiled fog hovers . every single one pristine polished to gleaming perfection in each direction you cared to look . no finer sight will you see than the glory of galaxies afar embracing our blue planet .
