Lovely setting of a scene that screams of picnics, sun and straw boaters with deckchair striped jackets. Hope it eas strawberries and cream with a little bubbly to make it all the more memorable.
I'll just have to make do with strawberry and cream campinos and a can of tizer, huddled under a brolly as the heavens open, but we are getting a pretty spectacular lightning show at the minute. I am so getting windscreen wipers put on my kitchen windows. Got so fed up trying to look through the river running down the panes that ive dragged a chair over and opened the door to watch it.
My neighbour phoned as soon as it started and I answered with a "MUAH HA HA", took me ages to peel her off the ceiling. 😀
Don't worry, she'll get me back.
Looks to me like youre getting the hang of these high coos 😀

Sorry about all that rain and stuff you are getting Lorry. We have certainly had some hot weather down these parts. High coos are a but lazy aren't they?

Not at all. Fitting into such a tight structure is an excellent way of exercising the brain into seeing each word as important and expands our use of vocabulary, a bit like brain training without fitting numbers into a box.
We got some reprieve from the tain last night and it was still wuite warm. Looks like being a good 'un today and with the ground being softened up, will make hikes a bit springier than usual. Expecting more crazy parking and out of towners invading the hills today. Can't blame them wanting to get out, but after doing just that yesterday during downpours, some will be shocked that tow trucks will be out in force today. Maybe they'll enjoy the 20 mile hike to get them back 😀

Hope your day isn't too hectic, great you've got some shiny stuff up there. Actually you are right about haikus. You do have to fiddle with them for quite a bit till they are fine tuned. Have a good Sunday.
