And off to dreamysleeps you go. Unless of course you woke up when you thought this and had to write it down in case you forgot it. I hate it when that happens. It makes you all crotchety and then you go snapping at people for asking you a perfectly reasonable question...
Don't you?
Don't you?
Don't you?
No, just me then 😀

isnt flamenco once reknowned as the tempting dance wherein it is more romantic than lambada and samba combined and to be able to make a poem out of this depicting a sizzling love along the way makes this woman a remarkable writer. take care

Hi,
I really like your poem, Dance Steps. It takes shape and considers the visual, aural and emotional that are found in dance. Dance is everywhere, one need not be a dancer to recognise it. It's nice to know when someone uses the word dance in this way.

play you Rodrigo eh!? :) must be the soccer player .... what an interesting combination of haiku and senryu .. your last line being all human ... part nature perhaps :)))))))
brilliant painting and movement in the first two lines ... leaves dancing flamenco in silhouettes .. absolutely love that .. all in black and white!! and just before dawn perhaps ... the darkest hour .. moonlit ..i'm afraid i would go very quickly back to dreamland ... and that is never the case with me .. once awake ... i get up ... great title too ... integral to your poem says i ... very fine stuff Christine .. as always

Half sleep I cannot stand for anything...I need that good, deep REM sleep to sort out the good from the sacred or secret...I love this because it is beyond beautiful...and because it a case of something mysterious and unknown....Short but quite eventful....dana
