Shades of PurpleA Poem by Chris Shaw
As dusk descends on purple fields
where you and I meet in our dreams, where lavender exudes its calm, we walk the seams, take in the scent. Admire the pink and violet sky and know this is no sad lament. We've walked here many times before, for you and I go hand in hand. No need for tears or fond farewells, for here we've found a place where we can rest for all eternity.
