ObliviousA Poem by Chris Shaw
If you slow down sufficiently
you may see droplets of rainfall on leaves of red orach as you pass by. If you slow down sufficiently you might listen to the shrill whistles of Red Kites as they soar overhead in a blue forget me not sky. If you slow down sufficiently you could brush my lips with the whisper of your breath. Why don't you try? If you stop in your tracks search my green eyes like a map you should catch a glimpse of my soul buried in the breeze of a sigh.
