Let It Be KnownA Poem by Chris Shaw
Come silver sisters, let us age
with confidence, be unafraid. Reflections in the looking glass can not portray our qualities. Can not reveal attributes earned, what we have learned in traveled years. Concealed within us, not on show, but when ignited, how we glow, and still we set the world alight. The stars that sparkle in the dark are not snuffed out, they are not dimmed. Their beauty lingers, always will. They do not fade and hide in fright, they bring their glory out at night.
