First GlanceA Poem by Chris Shaw
When I held you that first time,
the joy I felt that you were mine, and tiny you wrapped in my arms content and sleeping peacefully. How could I fathom or begin to quantify that love within, that swelled and fluttered through my heart with loving unconditionally. And now my dear how you have grown, to birth some children of your own, but I remember always will the thrill I had when meeting you.
