Virgin

Virgin

A Poem by thegummybearhunter
"

The innocence and happiness of a child is often stripped from them as they grow older.

"
Virgin
Untouched
Undefined
Unfound;somewhere
There lies
Virgin memories
Unmolded by the
Destructive hand
Of man,

Somewhere
There lies
A virgin
Who has not yet
Been raped of all innocence
And creativity; who
Is unaware
Of the conductivity of violence
Death
And utter hopelessness,

Somewhere
There lies
A heart of which
Conveys genuine affection
Not yet shunned
By the hatred,

Is the virgin
A lost soul
Wandering in
The depths of despair; or-
Is the virgin
A shred of truth
On the mountain of lies
Man has created?

The exposition
Of a new world,

A virgin of life
Untouched
Undefined
Unfound,

Somewhere
There lies.
