![]() Ice CreamA Poem by cassandra violetAs a child Every Sunday I would go Get ice cream With my father. I’d feel Overwhelmed By the amount Of options I had to choose From. Should I get Chocolate? Vanilla? Sorbet? Rocky road? And so eventually I’d make my choice but then the second I stepped from the shop I’d change my mind and cry begging my dad to go back. He would refuse And so I’d Have to live With my decision And to this day I cannot Go into an Ice cream shop. © 2010 cassandra violetReviews
