To That OneA Poem by Casper Dumass LecroixA fake smile can hide a million tears but how do I stop the feeling of a billion years passing by without seeing your face? Of naive ignorant faith in a love that was off beat and out of pace
My fake smile is like real bial in the images I see in the mirror and I hate the feeling defacing my lips A pain worst than any lash from any whip The sting worst than any gnash from any trip and fall could cause when I hit the floor but after a while i just doesn't hurt anymore. and then I take a second to resurrect it the sharing straws the movies we saw, horrible teen movie momments kisses in hugs sex and love momments but the momment was over in only a second the look in my eye, stripping my pride, stopping my stride and keeping me pathetic with a but why expression as you walked away and by and by I begin to realize that it just wosn't meant to be and now I'm back to being despicable me, dick dastardly, chasing penelope on this wacky race called life
I miss you so but it was time to go And even though we felt so low there is an all time high that we will reach
I still love you, hard to believe but it's true it was just time for me and you to be through and I wish it wasnt but it was
I hurt you hurt me hurt we hurt the hurt has got to go © 2013 Casper Dumass LecroixAuthor's Note
