The human condition

The human condition

A Poem by caspa sometimes
"

Nothing last's, and I wanted to capture the moment when realization set's in and the happiness subsides. As well as capture the feeling of finding that there are people who care, but humanity's general inability to believe in this.

"

A faltering high,
it lingers in the air.
The after math of something special,
time’s of limited despair.

A word spoken out of context,
or a lyric sung all wrong.
Not much does it take,
to pull the threads undone.

Falling out of nothing,
and into someone’s eyes.
Becoming another’s issue,
when someone hears the cries.

Barren and alone,
Is not how one should feel.
Yet it’s the human condition,
to disbelieve in something so real.
