Life patterns and revolver.

Life patterns and revolver.

A Poem by casdechute

Blood chalk in the vein.
No more oxygen left here.
Lungs won't work...
This is a life pattern.

Chalk flood coming forward!
No more pretty faces.
Soul has resigned...
This, a pattern of life, It is...

Marvels the fool,
And excels the cruel.
All to sell's to be on sale some day.
Expiring humans on our horizon...

The newer the sun the more believer I am.
The flesh to vanish
Of up-to-date bodies
No more can the eye see.
I can't see them anymore.

Roll the dice again.
Take this chance
Reload your guns
And see that he runs...

...for his life
...to another wife

This is just wildlife.
There are species to endanger,
And there is the danger,
And a revolver...

This poem is well written, and it encourages the reader to think deeply about the message. I had to read it a few times to try to understand the meaning (and I admit that I may still not completely understand all of it). However, I was intrigued and entertained. I'm not sure if you meant to type "dices" in the first sentence of the fifth stanza, but that appears to be a typo. The poem flows easily for a reader, and I enjoyed it very much. Thank you for sharing your writing on the Cafe, and I look forward to reading more in the future. Best wishes.
