no body

no body

A Poem by Blackstone Featherfall

what ya doin?
disconnectin?
hey,
i told you so!
music seems to be
boring
but i stay
and listen
does this mean
progress?
or failure?
i am willing to learn
death is...essential
success is...dependable
love...may be...eventual
what am i doin?
reconnectin?
hey,
i was the fool!
the island that i left from
the only place i can
call home
no,
it's not the one you're
thinkin of
i said i
WAS
the fool
guess i'm back in class
recycled desk
death is...eventual
succes is...dependable
love is...essential
what are we doin?
hopefully learnin
in real pleasant sounds
in real clever clouds
hey,
change your pace of
thinkin
maybe we could go back
like we go to sleep
and wake up
lose our minds and
find them
who cares what we
are doin
