Room of MirrorsA Poem by Carrion.~It's just another book, one I've read a thousand times Like a movie, I can recite every line, mimic every expression I'd hate to spoil this for you, but it never ends happily I don't need memories, I don't need flashbacks, there's no forgetting the past when it lies in the f*****g future, Give me faith, fuel me with something to believe in, make my ears ring with hope, my heart swell with inspiration I'm so sick of seeing this film, but there's no progress where digress lies, I'm so sick of repeating this phrase, but the originals are oh, so good No matter how far I stray away from the past, I'm always looking at a reflection, Dancing in a room of mirrors, With no one but myself and a clock, Staring at a reflection, I see who i'll never be, I see a future that will cease to exist, a dream that won't come true, I'll keep bumping into mirrors, I'll keep playing this film even though I know how it ends, I've seen it all before, I'm so sick
