Rough and Tumble

Rough and Tumble

A Poem by Carmon

Just an hour more, don't you see
The rhythm you're looking for
is inside of me.
So let's get rough and tumble
kick up the earth.
I'm the new axis
and for everything it's worth
I'll be gravity too,
pulling hardest on you.
So let's get rough and tumble
and bite when we should kiss,
but you won't feel my breath.
You have to fight for what you want.
It's not as easy as you think
(don't think that I don't know)
because I'm gravity now and you've got no plea.
You know I can take you and
you know what you need
it's me
it's me
it's always been me.
So let's get rough and tumble.
