All Will Be Hallowed

All Will Be Hallowed

A Poem by ancoraimparo

The sun cast a tall and golden shadow
on my father's rough and weathered skin.
in that moment all was hallowed
as all was known with him.
In yesterday's tomorrow
and another's distant past,
time stops just for a moment
and I feel that moment last.
The ocean wained and waxed around us
as I breathed in
and out, and in
In that moment all was hallowed
as all was known with him

I like this poem, very much. It has a tantalizing, hidden meaning that leaves you wanting to know more, to know father and son and be part of that comfortable reconciliation they've found.
