I have been swept off my feet

And felt the heat of love

I have learned the strength of a healing kiss

And the passion of a hug

I have taken the journey to find my half

And walked the road to meet his soul

But now the road has narrowed

And the walk has begun to slow

The half of which made me whole

is disappearing, although slow

I have to find my way back home

And do it all alone

Once I find my way around

And reach my destination

I will again begin to heal

And start to finally grow
