My Heart Laid Bare

My Heart Laid Bare

A Poem by Cari Lynn Vaughn
"

Love leaves our heart bare

"

Undressed by my own confession

Stripped of my power to lie

This poetry my profession

These words my tears to cry

Undone by the thought of you

I am completely naked in your eyes

There is nothing left for me to do

But wait for a moment's surprise

This body so aching far away

from my heart laid bare today

God how lovely, how deep those words..
Undressed by confession, stripped of any power, poetry my profession
its words do cry, undone by thoughts of you, feel naked in your eyes
nothing left for me,waiting for a surprise, body so aching as my heart laid bare
I just loved word for word,I swear I was taken by everything here
this is so lovely write..
