Recently noticed how many 'fan blogs' there were on networking sites and wrote this whilst wondering what level of obsession compels people to create a blog site in the name of their idol... is it cute, or kinda creepy?

I know everything about you.
When, where,
and how you were born.
The colour of your eyes.
The books you like.
Your favourite beer
and
what your dreams are

I know the grades you got
at school,
who cuts your hair,

who cooks your food
what things you like to eat,

how you like to sleep
and
the names of all your family.
But you don't know me.

I tell everyone, 'I'm yours',
because one day
I will be.
I post your picture on My Space
with your name as the title
research your bibliography
mention all your films
I'm not pretending to be you
but in my world

we are cool
together, forever,
riding
on the crest of your fame

cannot tell the line
between reality and fantasy

love nights out on Broadway

and
advertise CK for Men
You like St Emilion and rare steak
You got your first acting break

everything you do
know every place you are

in your eyes, or what you are feeling

I've got a friend who is just like this about an actor she likes. It's almost scary. This is really well put together and expresses just what obsessed fans are like.
