man is no god
i am looking for god
but god is not good
and i am looking for that too

all we do is hurt
and all we do is stress

and all we do is feel

can i stress to goodness
for the love of god
can i shame to goodness

can i feel to goodness
or can it only help

does hurt spread like a can of worms
or a fungus on a foot
or the disease in your heart
i have only been inspired by the courage and the joy of other people
never by their giving up
and their dismay
and their hopelessness

i cannot stress to goodness
i have tried for so long
i deserve to be around people that better me,
it is my destiny,
everything else is just codependancy.
