Dear Mom

Dear Mom

A Poem by captain93

You fear who I am
The shame is too much to bear

In your mind its all your fault
A martyr for my cross

I’d take my life
And place in a box to make you see

But your stubborn eyes are blind to
All my pain and suffering

You must have done something
To be cursed with such a son

And because I care far too much
I'll spend each night in tears

Always hoping one day
That you will love all of me
