rainbow tears

just a little tale.. not that great

if you look closer

into her eyes

you'll see the angels dance

you'll see there wings spread wide and free

tiny specks of rainbow dust

hidden behind her eyelids

slow dancing in unity

filled with happiness and tender care

and when she cries

just hold her hand

wipe those rainbow tears

feel the warmth of them agasint your hand

feel them fizzle and bubble with life

cause you have found a living angel

walking next to you

she's made of comets and shooting stars

submerged in delicate fantisies

let her spread her wings into the moonlight

and watch her fly away

into the stars with bright white wings

as she flies, just watch her go

the sky will flash and glow

cause you my dear have found an angel

she will return do not be afraid

but close your eyes and sleep

and when you wake she will appear

her tender snow white skin

glistning gently next to yours

its not a dream my dear dear child

its all very real

you lie asleep with an angel

who whispers in your ear

i love you , forever and always you are mine

you are my perfect angel , now spread your wings and fly

and then her power becomes yours

you another one

two angels now intwined

by  a power none can match

now my son spread your wings and fly with her

go right into the sky

light the world with your love

and never ever say goodbye

I completley understand this poem. Im still in love with my x as well. this is a really good poem.

I like the metaphors you used in this. They really made the piece flow nicely, and gave it an overall flowing affect. The words were almost memorizing the way you used them, and the love is defiantly felt. The strong bond is shown, and with it the pureness of feelings also. This was a good write.
