Wildwood Haven

Wildwood Haven is a heartfelt poem about finding solace in nature, healing from past wounds, and embracing one's true self.

In my own world, where I am free,

A Forrest wood, belongs to me!

A little house, by a lake so bright,

My haven found, my guiding light!

I ran away, to heal and grow,

Where troubled souls can learn to glow.

Do you feel lost, or out of key?

Then find your peace, right here, with me!

The sun descends, the moon takes hold,

The lake reflects, a story told.

I stand and breathe, the evening air,

And dream of hopes, beyond compare.

A million thoughts, like stars above,

A million wishes, born of love.

Desires bloom, a vibrant hue,

Wild and precious, strong and true.

Do you feel deeply, ache and yearn?

A different path, you long to learn?

I dive within, where shadows sleep,

And find the truths, I long to keep.

My beliefs shine, a steady guide,

With nothing left, I need to hide.

No fear I have, though scars may show,

My spirit's strength, continues to grow!

This Forrest wood, my sacred ground,

Where broken hearts, can be unbound.

My wounds have mended, in the light,

My dreams take flight, with all their might.

My fears release, like birds set free,

In this wild home, that shelters me.

And when it's summer, warm and mild,

I shed my clothes, become a child

Of nature, free and unashamed,

By sun and wind, I am re-claimed.

My body's mine, a perfect art,

At one with nature, and my heart.

The night surrounds, a gentle cloak,

My honest words, are freely spoke.

My soul is bare, beneath the moon,

Wild and lovely, arriving soon...

At my true self.

So, if you're broken, lost, or torn,

If you feel different, newly born,

Or life has dealt, a heavy blow,

And depths of feeling, you only know...

Come to my wood, and you will see,

A place where you, can truly be.
