Turning the Page

Turning the Page

A Poem by nevershoutnever.

The best things

in life are unseen.

That's why we close

our eyes when we

kiss,

cry,

and dream.

Life goes on.

Live it well.

Live it while you can

because you should never

take life too seriously.

Nobody gets out

alive anyways.

Yet, you should

move on.

It's just a chapter

in the past.

But don't close the book.

Just turn the page.

This is put together in an interesting fashion. I can't help but feel that two pieces could have been wrought from the ideas presented here but it works out well! "Never shall I say to the Passing Moment 'Thou art so fair, I will stay awhile!" Splendid!
