An angel's carpet dream
woven in the sky; amidst the clouds
a true utopian abode, a perfect oddity
Somewhere on the monochrome rainbow
little miss sunshine cry
failed, to awe the morning blend
And the human waits.
for the clarity of their mind,
a manifestation of eternal question
a beautiful soliloquy from a troubled soul. I think that it was very imaginative of you to refer to the rainbow's color as one-toned. The human awaits a clear answer: I think some people find their answer in religion; I personally do. it was a great paradox to refer to the angel's carpet as a perfect oddity. I think you've woven some great tercets. Thanks for sharing Shirley.
A clear view of a life you've shown me through this piece. Three stanzas're so realistic and powerful to read, it's really a nice imaginary, i've really no words to appreciate the beauty of the piece but i wanna say, it's a peace in the piece you've well drafted. I enjoyed this.
