Small Things

Small Things

A Poem by Cloud Composer
"

Do you ever pay attention to the small things in your life?

"
What small things do I remember?
When to me they can not matter
I sought out the grand world's voice
But I only heard a static whisper
Asking me why, why, why do you want to try
Why to secrets do you want to pry
You don't matter to anyone in your life
If that's the truth, then keep me from wanting to fly
They add up one, two, three
Little single thoughts rested in my body
I still can't believe that they can change me
But my soul's turned a different hue I see
Richer, wiser
A compromiser
I don't want everything now
'Cause the word I learned with patient time
My mind is free
I can slightly believe
In chances to which I agree

End.
