Never Ending Wars

Never Ending Wars

A Poem by Cloud Composer
"

War never ends, peace will never come, but we are all still here.

"

The flower dropped a petal

And stained of distasteful red.

The warriors shouted their battle cries

And the children remained in their beds.

The garden once of peace

Now waiting for blood to bleed.

The women weep of little rights

To aid the men in need.

Soldiers fall in rosy petals

With not one to mourn at their side.

Amours broken, weapons held

In the air for Heaven to Hell.

The gods shook their heads

And sprinkled the Earth in agony,

But the warriors did not stop

To continue their battles for eternity.

End.
