Love

Love

A Poem by Marina

Love,
what other love is there, but this?
` This lingering, tugging, pulling, merciless call.
Oh love,
should I let your eyes meet mine when I'm like this?
In a state where desire drowns my sanity.
Love,
have you ever felt as strange as this?
When not only mind, but body too escape control.
My love,
do I still make sense in all of this?
I'm asking you, because this is what you've made me to be.
