The Spider's Web.

The Spider's Web.

A Poem by Madi Bellon

The happiness is failing,
It's what the devil said.
The pain is merely slipping,
From my heart into my head.

My thoughts are loudly screaming,
They're coming from this voice.
It felt like when I left you,
I didn't have a choice.

I didn't know I could be,
Sick from all my thoughts.
I didn't know love had such a burden,
and its web, I'm firmly caught.
