Wildfire

It started from a flicker, 

A gentle light

That radiated towards her. 

She embraced the warmth it gave, 

And pretty soon she was engulfed. 

Like a wildfire, 

Spreading and burning everything in its path, 

Uncontrollable, 
Unpredictable, 
And passionate -

It burned everything, 

Sparing not even herself. 

Scorched and nearly in ashes, 

The fire continued to feed on her spirit -

And moments before she was totally ruined, 

They become one.
