Reincarnation

Reincarnation

A Poem by Carissa Marie

Like a painter with her canvass,
She carefully prepares to write.
A swift stroke of her hand,
And he was immortalized in her words.
A little bit of flair,
Of color,
Of life,
And he starts to come alive.
She elaborately depicts his being.
A rock n' roll-er whom she loves.
Every word and every verse,
Resonates her passion.
Her most greatest creation,
Her masterpiece,
Her love.
She hangs on every word,
To make sure her heart is poured out.
She finishes of her last verse,
Proud of what she's done.
A mere reincarnation of this man,
That was lost and has gone.
