Lucid dreaming

My out of the body experience this morning. Really creepy.

I was paralyzed.

I tried to move

But I couldn't find my body.

I tried to scream,

Begging for help

But my voice seems to be lost.

I wanted to open my eyes

But it seems stuck.

Like someone filled it with glue.

My spirit's awake

But my body's asleep.

I felt my soul being sucked away.

Away from my body.

Still lying down,

I finally opened my eyes

And saw myself sitting up. 

Staring at me,

With eyes as blank as death.

And suddenly,

IT started to

Smile.

wow... kinda gives me the shivers, specially the ending... "bangungot"(di ako sure sa spelling lol)... i feel this when i am emotional drain and tired before i got to bed.. then the bad dreams will just eat you up... its consuming as it's frightening... when that happens i pray deeply... after praying deeply it somehow settles my body so i can breath again... through my life-time it happened 3 times already...
