The Lake

The Lake

A Poem by CalebSchadeck

I had Lake Tahoe in mind hen I wrote this hope you like :)

The Lake
The lake lives between its sandy beaches. kids come and make believe like they are kings and queens of the sandy castles.
Boats of all kinds tickle its face as they drive along it.
The fish occupy its belly swimming around and on the bottom lies the lakes sandy gut.
The lake dreams of the warm summer again as it cry's trough the cold winter months.
Sometimes the lake will get angry and sweep someone off their feet with one of its waves claiming their lives.
But the lake again calms down, as it laughs with the children building their sandy castles.

Few grammatical errors. Nothing major. Beautiful metaphors that give the reader a clear description. Again, good job.
