could you

could you

A Poem by Cali-D

Could you please kiss my words?

Don’t stop until they have meaning

I want your tears to understand

Why they fall at the sight of they’re seeing

Could you please kiss my words?

Don’t stop until they have meaning

Kiss my thoughts

While I hug your emotions

Caress my reality

Let me take hold of your dreams

Rip my worries out by the seams

Live in my mind

While I sleep in your heart

Treat my ear like your dairy

Tell it all of your secrets

You are my only friend

So you know I will keep it

Promise to be place

Where my nightmares can hide

When my brain will not allow me to keep them inside

Let my words be the weapons

That protects you from harm

Cover me with your touches like a blanket

So that my soul is always warm
