Dancing Words, Longing Rhyme

Dancing words, longing rhyme,

Lilting melodies so sublime

 

Awaken frozen eyes,

Opening from static disguise.

 

Visions rise in steaming nomadic heat

 Vivid bliss in pulsing beats

 

Igniting a harsh, barren place

Emptiness dies to the embrace.

 

Dawn is bittersweet.
