The way i feel

This was written last year when i wasn't so happy with my life...

I wish you really knew

The way i FELT inside

Especially on those days

I pushed my pain aside

 

I thought you understood

what made me really SMILE

and how i haven't felt

this way in quite a while

 

You'd always have a reason

if you did something WRONG

but stupid little me

always went along

 

Each and every time

i'd always let it slide

hoping that someday

my PAIN wouldn't have to hide

 

Now it's done and over

no more worries and fears

i hope you always know

i never shed a TEAR.

Nice poem. It is a shame you had to keep it in all that time. A good relationship has a lot of dialouge. It was probably best you got out of that one. No one should have to feel the way you did. Nicely written
