Color Me A RainbowA Poem by A.Lee
Why don't you color me a rainbow
Give me all your brilliant hues All your pretty pinks of pleasure Your calming, ever peaceful blues Why don't you show me your hot red passion The earthy brown of your inner warmth Make me blush with your sunshine yellow smile Brighten me with your spontaneous orange Why don't you color me a rainbow Give me your indigo summer breeze Dazzle me with your royal violets Shade me with your open greens Why don't you give me all your colors I'll be a canvas just for you So dip that paintbrush deep inside your soul And show me what you can do © 2010 A.LeeAuthor's Note
