MisusedA Poem by A.LeeI heard you say you love me But that’s not what I see You’ve stolen my heart And ripped it in two Then you try to comfort me You wonder why I hate you Why I always feel so blue But you don’t consider The part you play The horrid things you do You’re not quite so innocent But I know you won’t admit it Your moves are just Your counsel wise There’s no need for your repentance And yet you say its me you love That I’m some gift sent from above But you just misuse To get your way Because that’s all you think of I want it all to be okay To keep these feelings far at bay But I don’t know how To balance this out As it all falls out of place © 2010 A.Lee
