Sweet MiseryA Poem by Charlène BoutinOh sweet misery, you hurt me and change me...My sweet misery... You are anchored in my heart We will never rip appart Your black blood stains The inside of my pure veins Your melancholy stings My heart that never sings Your black voids of darkness Only deepens my sadness Your dagger in my back My soul it will crack Oh sweet misery... You hurt and change me... My head throbs endlessly From your clouds of smoke And I choke From the pain In my brain... I am lost.
