A Poem by Kimi

I fell in love and he never knew
but each day my incipient love only grew
My sullen heart began to flutter
Alas from fear of those three words I did not dare utter
Eccentric mind,
Is it me whom you need to find?
Fervent soul,
Am I the missing piece to make you whole?
Eyes as luminous as the full moon,
Can you feel that you will find me soon?
Pervasive charm,
Can you really do me harm?
Scent as intoxicating as the forest night
My being accepts thee and will not fight
I yearn for your burning heat
Consume me...I am your tasty treat
You are the scar I never want to fade
The piercing I should not have made
Yet you are the risk I must take
The one truth that cannot be fake
Shed your specious skin
Let us together bare this beautifully wretched sin
Allow this insanity to tattoo itself into my every vein
Where blood will bring the torrid fever and all my mortal fibers shall be slain
The end and the beginning are all the same
Until time escapes me...my desire for you will remain
I fell in love and he never knew
But then one day he fell in love too
