What Did I Miss

What Did I Miss

A Poem by Ray Hamilton

What Did I Miss

???????????????

Back on the internet at last
After my big computer crash

Gone for over a month or so
What did I miss, I don't know

I got some strange mail,
when I was off the net
What did I miss,
I haven't figured that out yet

Things that I have done,
when not on the internet
I guess I am a nasty so and so,
I haven't figured it out yet

What has been done when I was gone,
I will take the blame
Although I didn't have internet access,
its my fault just the same

Gone fishing and some car shows with my boys
I guess when gone, I missed all the noise

I got some strange mail,
when I was off the net
What did I miss,
I haven't figured that out yet

Back on the internet at last
After my big computer crash

Gone for over a month or so
What did I miss, I don't know

???????????????

Would someone like to fill me in on this
What did I miss?

Hello Sweet Friend... Not sure what triggered this but at the risk of any unpleasantness
for you Im really glad it did. I so enjoyed this. Sugar You always find a way to put a smile
on my face and in my heart. I always feel better leaving here than I did when I arrived
Hugs and Luv

It is absolutely the pits when you know something is just not right and yet you can't figure out the why. A very clever, and entertaining write, letting everyone know that not a thing is going to get you down. It seems by reading this, that we were fighting Internet problems at about the same time, and for about the same length of time. I am chuckling at your music that is playing as I write this to you. Perfect choice. Thank you for visiting me again today. I hope you will find value, a smile or two, and maybe even a tear when you visit me. Once again, a very good read. Really enjoyed. Blessings, Lesa

Ray, A lot of people have been off a lot this last month..probably get a bit dried up and have to refresh themselves..I hit a dry
pocket and just have not felt like putting anything on. Phil Sanders is having computer problems also..read David Lewis Paget work..
he is a fantastic stroy teller in prose form..God bless..glad to see you back, Valentine

This was good... :-) trying to find out what drama ensued while you were out...it's like catching up on a favorite soap opera! Funny how we eventually do find things to occupy our time when we don't have the computer...I guess it's good to remember every once in a while that we do indeed still have real lives. Lord, what did we ever do before we had computers! :-) Nice work!
