She's In Love With Him

This poem I wrote, 

 trying to understand how a woman thinks

I know good luck!!!

 

 

She's In Love With Him

 

 

She refuses to let her heart believe, that she's in love you see
Live there lives hopelessly apart, they may always be

Lonely she stares off, into the heavens above
Her heart can almost see, her soon to be lost love

With aching heart she prays, please help me find my way
Is this really love, should I run to him today

 

Is this just lust I feel for him, or is it truly love
I turn to you for the answers, my lord above

Will this man, always be true to me
I need you my lord, please help me to see

 

He tells me in his heart, I will forever be
Please lord tell me, what should I believe

As you know my lord,
I have been hurt so many times before
Should I stay with him today,
or should I run straight for the door

 

Oh lord is this truly love I feel today
Is that why my heart aches this way

Today I pray to you, my lord above
Please send me, straight to my true love

I can relate to the sentiments of the poem. I love these lines especially. Beautiful write about the pangs of a womans heart.=)

You've got it all there really, unfortunatly your quite right lol! Only thing that id say is that our mind and heart say different things so our heart is the one usually telling us we are in love... but very gd incite to a womans head! well done!

pretty much...sometimes we're not even dating the guy. they can just be friends or people we know...but other then that you hit the nail right on the head. it was really good.
