When it looks at you, its eyes are black
You wonder when, it will attack
When the moon is full, and the night almost gone
It seems so creepy, as it moves along
When the ground is damp, the sky so black
There's nothing there, when you look back
When the cold chills run, up and down your spine
That's when you are sure, it must be your time
When The night wind blows, those leaves so high
You know its time, to say goodbye
Then the sun comes up, and the night is gone
Now you know, it was just this creepy song
Hey Sweetie
Thanks a lot LOL
Im sitting here with chilly bumps on my
chilly bumps. Oh and you know how I
feel about music and poetry. The go
hand in hand and it only makes the written
word come alive....
OMG IT'S A L I V E
All kidding aside I enjoyed this as I do all
of your writes.
You got a little dark side to you as well I see. LOL Yes, music for sure sets the mood, and finishes our vision as we write.
This is great stuff especially this time of the year and your music gives it just the touch of eeriness your words deserve.
Really liked this.
I had a little journey getting here. LOL Being me, I clicked the delete on the read request instead of clicking on your title
Take care of you as someone we both know and love would say
Lesa
This is dark and spooky:). It reminds me of some of those
horror movies I have seen, when the eerie music play right before
something is going to happen. I agree that music can stimulate so
many images, and send you so deep in thought that you wonder how
you had even got there in the first place:). AD
This was a little creepy, but I liked it very much....and I do think music can entice all kinds of thoughts...I tend to go more towards the romantic thoughts...guess it would depend though on what kind of music I was listening to. Thanks for sharing this interesting write & thought.
Yes, I do think~without music the spooky movies wouldn't have the same chilling effect ` case in point like the shower scene in Alfred Hitchcock's " Psycho"
A deliciously dark tale indeed! so very well penned~Fran Marie
I Am Canadian " A "
These days I have a lot of time on my hands.
Never being a person interested in even reading, it seems unbelievable
to find myself, here writing poetry.
