Good Morning

Good Morning

Well it's about time
And the weather is just fine
To get outside, before I loose my mind

The sun is shining bright, in that clear sky above
It would be a perfect day, if I just had someone to love

As the pretty morning doves, play at that bird feeder of mine
I drink my coffee, as I watch them, feeling glad to be alive

The red squirrels and the chipmunks, play in the yard
They know nothing, about having heart scars

You must remember this, I always say
Each morning, is a whole new day

So get outside Ray
Time to play

It's sometimes really hard to greet a new day but what you have written here has helped. LOL
Seriously my friend, a beautiful write with great advice.

Now, I am wishing for your someone very special to share your morning coffee with.

Have a great day my friend,
Lesa

I like the advice written, not always easy to follow and it's even harder sometimes to find romance. I enjoyed this write, made me sit and reflect on things regaring my own life. Thanks for sharing.

You give yourself good advice. I was never any good at the "finding romance" thing, but I wandered around aimlessly long enough to get lucky once in a while. Some heart scars mend, some don't, and some are just forgotten. A nice poem. Sam
