There was a time I thought
That fate took it’s way with me
I fought against my own mind
Blind and could not see
What was coming next
A leaf blown about by the wind
I thought, tossed into jagged rocks
At the mercy of others thoughts
Powerless in destiny’s hand
My perceptions of all that happened
Was a reflection- just reacting
Instead of making choices
Then the epiphany broke through
Realization of who we are -which is timeless
We choose our victories and our demises
Creators of our own reality
Not tossed about by destiny
Responsibility was not a burden
But a power of divine origin
Free to choose stardust and moon light
Free to be happy and light
We are the answers we seek
The thoughts that we keep
Designers by choice
With divine origin
And a voice
