Wishing You Didn’t Know

Wishing You Didn’t Know

A Poem by butt3rflie gurl

Ever since you found out

It’s like you're slipping away.

Something I thought you knew about.

How can I make you stay?

When you kissed me

With your soft sweet Lips,

I felt so free

As your tongue touched my Lips.

So now I'm sitting here

Wishing you didn’t know.

Tell me what you wanna hear,

Cuz now, I'm at a major low.

I hate making such a big deal out of this,

But you're my best guy friend here.

I really hope this didn’t wreck our friendship,

I just want you to be closer, nearer.

Your tongue is like candy,

Your Lips make me shiver.

My heart sings so happily

When your Eyes start to shimmer.

But now you do know

And my heart is cut in half.

I walk now in sorrow.

I long to hear you laugh.

So now I'm sitting here

Wishing you didn’t know.

Tell me what you wanna hear,

Cuz my true feelings will soon show.
