Anorexic GirlA Poem by Davida strictly fictional workAnorexic Girl
She stands there in the stall, looking at the nothing she had just purged, sticks for bones, no muscle, no life, no food. She does not have a disease, turning to the side she can disappear, like the food she eats, the stuff never there in the first place. A ghastly, ghostly white, but teeth yellow as if not brushed, even too skinny for modeling, and too fat for herself. Scars line the wrists, cut with dull razors, she stands in the stall, looking at herself splayed on the tiled floor, she had eaten herself to death. © 2008 DavidAuthor's Note
