Getting Onto The Wrong Train

Getting Onto The Wrong Train

A Poem by Ruminating Archaeologist
"

"getting off the platform and getting onto the wrong train" or "getting off onto the wrong train" or "getting off the wrong train" probably brought on by reading/influenced by Allen Ginsberg

"
tilt of the voice,
slip of the words:
irresponsible inconceivable irreplaceable
unaltered.
we used to be so nonchalant, so
Neanderthal, so non-exclusive, so
misconstrued.
tilt of my wrist,
slip of my hand:
whisper words winding west with veins
very varicose.
I used to be so easy to salve, so
easy to placate, so easy to win against,
so easy to leave.
